These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.abogadorobertolopez.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Complete Immigration Solutions, LLC (“Complete Immigration Solutions,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information, and our Messaging Terms & Conditions govern our text messaging program. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available on the Site.
Complete Immigration Solutions, LLC is a private law firm. Our practice is limited to U.S. Immigration Law. We do not handle Florida state law matters.
We maintain two offices:
Complete Immigration Solutions, LLC is responsible for the content of this Site. The admissions and licensure of our attorneys are set out in our Attorney Disclaimer.
Using the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the Firm. Neither does submitting a form, sending us an email or a text message, speaking with our staff, scheduling a consultation, paying a consultation fee, or attending a consultation. The Firm is under no obligation to accept your matter.
An attorney-client relationship is established only by a written agreement signed by the Firm. Until that agreement is signed, we are not your attorneys, we have not agreed to represent you, and we are not responsible for any deadline in your matter.
The Site provides general information about immigration law and about our Firm. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from an attorney about your particular circumstances.
Immigration law changes frequently, and information that is accurate when published may become outdated. Small differences in facts can lead to very different outcomes. Please do not act, or decline to act, based on anything you read on the Site without first consulting an attorney.
Please do not send documents or details of your immigration matter through the Site’s forms, by email, or by text message. These channels are not secure, and unsolicited information may create a conflict of interest that limits our ability to represent you. If we need documents before your consultation, we will request them and provide a secure method for sending them.
Information you share with us during a consultation is confidential under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which govern our duties to prospective clients as well as to clients.
Consultations are scheduled through a third-party scheduling platform linked from the Site. Payment is handled by that platform’s payment processor. The Firm does not collect or store your payment card information through the Site. Your use of the scheduling platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
The consultation fee depends on the attorney you consult with. Each attorney’s fee is shown on the scheduling page before you book, and the fee shown at the time you book is the fee you pay. The fee covers the consultation itself: the attorney’s time and the legal advice given during it. It does not include filing fees, government fees, translation or courier charges, or any other cost, and you will be responsible for any such costs separately if you later retain the Firm.
The consultation fee is not credited toward any fee for representation. If you decide to retain the Firm after your consultation, the fee for that representation is separate and will be set out in a written agreement.
We reserve the attorney’s time for you when you book. Our policy is as follows:
Refunds are issued promptly to the original method of payment. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable law, and any fee charged by the Firm remains subject to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
Clients exchange documents with us through a separate client application, not through the Site. That application is operated on a third-party platform and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend using it for identity documents, government notices, and other sensitive records. If you need another secure method, contact our office and we will arrange one.
You agree not to:
The Site and its contents, including its text, layout, graphics, photographs, and design, are owned by the Firm or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Firm’s name, logo, and trade names are the property of the Firm.
You may view the Site and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, republication, distribution, or modification requires our prior written permission.
If you believe material appearing on the Site infringes your copyright, please write to us at [email protected] and include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it appears on the Site; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We will review any notice we receive and respond as appropriate.
The Site links to third-party websites, such as government portals used in immigration matters, and embeds third-party services, such as maps, our live reviews feed, our appointment scheduling tool, and video players. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy describes the information these embedded services may collect.
The reviews displayed on the Site are posted by members of the public on a third-party platform and reflect their own experience. We do not write or edit them, and we do not give anything of value in exchange for a review. Where the Site describes results in past matters, we publish them only with our client’s authorization and without identifying information.
Every matter turns on its own facts. Past results and reviews do not guarantee or predict the outcome of any other matter, and a prospective client may not obtain the same or similar results.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. The Site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its attorneys, and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Sections 13 and 14 apply to the Site only. They do not limit any duty or liability the Firm owes a client for legal services, including liability for malpractice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This section governs use of the Site. It does not govern any matter handled under federal immigration law, and it does not displace the terms of any written agreement for representation between you and the Firm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the end of this document. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, including the documents incorporated in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding the Site.
