This document contains the Privacy Policy of Complete Immigration Solutions, LLC and, beginning at the Messaging Terms & Conditions section, the separate terms that govern our text messaging program. Each is written to be read on its own.
Complete Immigration Solutions, LLC (“Complete Immigration Solutions,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://www.abogadorobertolopez.com (the “Site”) and through related communications, how we use and protect that information, the choices available to you, and how to reach us.
By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to the practices this Privacy Policy describes. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
This Privacy Policy does not constitute legal advice. Using the Site, contacting us through it, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Only a written agreement signed by the Firm establishes that relationship.
Information you share with us during a consultation is confidential under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which govern our duties to prospective clients as well as to clients. Because unsolicited information may create a conflict of interest that limits our ability to represent you, please do not send documents or details of your immigration matter through the Site’s forms, by email, or by text message. If we need documents before your consultation, we will request them and provide a secure method for sending them. Once you become a client, the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and applicable law govern the confidentiality of your information and provide protections that go beyond this Privacy Policy.
We collect information you provide to us directly and limited technical information our systems record automatically when you use the Site.
Information you provide. You provide information to us when you submit a contact or consultation request, schedule a consultation, opt in to our text messaging program, retain us, or complete a form or survey. Depending on the interaction, that information may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, billing information, information relating to your immigration matter, and any other information you choose to share.
Sensitive information. Some of the information we handle, including citizenship, immigration status, and national origin, is sensitive. We collect it only to provide legal services and to communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we do not permit advertising technologies on pages of the Site devoted to sensitive practice areas. We share a client’s story in our marketing only with that client’s prior express written authorization, and only to the extent that authorization permits.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. They collect this information through the cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.
We use the information we collect to:

We may also communicate with you through WhatsApp when you contact us there or ask us to use it. Meta operates WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which are outside our control. Consent to receive text messages under this Section 4 is not consent to receive WhatsApp messages, and vice versa.
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site. They fall into three categories.
Strictly necessary technologies operate the Site and keep it secure. They are always active.
Analytics technologies, such as Google Analytics, help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use analytics solely for our own purposes and do not enable advertising personalization features within our analytics tools.
Advertising technologies come from advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. If you accept them, they collect device identifiers and information about your visit and transmit it to the platform, which may use it to show you our advertisements on other websites and apps, to measure advertising performance, and for its own purposes as described in its privacy policy. These technologies remain inactive until you accept them through the consent banner that appears on your first visit, and they do not operate on pages of the Site devoted to sensitive practice areas. We never provide advertising platforms with your name, contact information, form submissions, text messaging opt-in data, or any information concerning a legal matter.
You may change your selection at any time through the Cookie Preferences link on the Site, and you may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, although disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions. Section 7 addresses technologies that embedded third-party services place on the Site, and Section 12 addresses browser privacy signals.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not provide it to third parties to market their own products or services to you. We share personal information only as necessary to operate the Firm and serve you, and only with:
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this section and will not be shared with any third parties.
The Site links to third-party websites, such as government portals used in immigration matters, and embeds third-party services, such as maps, our live Google reviews feed, our appointment scheduling tool, and video players. Embedded services load content from their providers and may place cookies or collect information about your visit under those providers’ own privacy policies. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of third parties.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Email, standard text messaging, WhatsApp, and website forms are not secure channels for sensitive information. Clients may share documents securely through our client app, and we recommend using it for identity documents, government notices, and other sensitive records. If you need another secure method, contact our office and we will arrange one.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide legal services, communicate with you, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet our legal and ethical obligations, including the recordkeeping requirements of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. When we no longer need information for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to dispose of it securely.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to review, update, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through the Site, and we will respond to reasonable requests. We may retain information as necessary to meet our legal and ethical obligations, complete a matter, or resolve disputes, and we handle information governed by the attorney-client relationship in accordance with the professional conduct rules that apply to the Firm.
Text messages. You may opt out at any time as described in Section 4.1.
Email. You may opt out of commercial email through the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us. We will continue to send transactional and matter-related messages necessary to serve you as a client.
Advertising cookies. You may withdraw your consent to advertising cookies at any time through the Cookie Preferences link on the Site or by contacting us as described in Section 15.
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or otherwise treat you differently for exercising any choice this Privacy Policy describes.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from them. Parents, guardians, and other adults acting on a child’s behalf may contact us about a child’s immigration matter. If a child under 13 contacts us through the Site, we will use the child’s contact information only to respond to that request, and will then delete it from our records.
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Advertising technologies on the Site remain inactive for every visitor, including those whose browsers transmit these signals, unless the visitor accepts them through the consent banner. The Site does not otherwise respond to these signals.
The Firm is based in Florida, and the Site and our services are directed to individuals in the United States. If you access the Site or communicate with us from outside the United States, we will transfer your information to the United States and store and process it there, where data protection laws may differ from those of your location.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the end of this document, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
