Immigration for Investors

If you are considering to apply for a U.S. Investment Visa, our Immigration lawyers at Complete Immigration Solutions in Orlando have helped many qualifying investors receive green cards.  We are experienced in the following immigrant investor visas:

EB5 Visa - Investor Visa

The EB-5 visa is the fifth preference category visa in the available Employment Based Visas.  It gives permanent U.S. residency to individuals investing into government-approved projects across the U.S.  These qualifying individuals enjoy drastic advantages in the green card process as they are considered to bring value, investment and employment to the United States.  Our Immigration Attorneys will explain all requirements and benefits of this investor visa.  Some of the benefits include:

  • No H-1B work visa required
  • No sponsorship requirement
  • Possible grant of U.S. Citizenship after 5 years established permanent residency
  • Flexibility to work and live anywhere in the U.S.
  • Considered one of the fastest methods to gain permanent residency
  • Grants access to the United States education system

EB5 Visa UPDATE - June 2021

According to a USCIS Alert, as of June 22, 2021, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization Final Rule or PDF has been vacated.  This means that the minimum investment amount required to qualify for the 5th preference immigrant investor classification visa has been lowered back to $500,000 from $900,000 (for investments in the Targeted Employment Area (TEA).  This is a significant development as it benefits potential candidates looking to benefit from the EB-5 Visa.

E2 Investor Visa

The E2 Investor Visa is a non-immigrant visa that does not lead to a green card.  It could provide a faster path to residency than the EB5 and could also be less expensive.  It also requires less investment.  Individuals who intend to ultimately obtain a green card and return to their country of origin once the visa expires usually go this route.
